Our 3rd Suzuki DR-Z400SM Build! The bike started out as a 2008 model that we bought used with 3500 miles on the odometer… it was completely stock at that time, except for a Supertrapp muffler. We always wanted a Yellow DRZ in the shop, so we sourced the gas tank and plastics from a 2005 DR-Z400SM, which was one of the few model years it was available in yellow. We’ve made quite a few other updates to the bike over last couple months/years, and you’ll see down below what we’ve done in this latest iteration.

All parts listed will fit a 2000+ Suzuki DR-Z400SM Dual Sport as well as a 2005+ Suzuki DR-Z400SM Supermoto…
