The stock shift lever on the CRF250L is non-folding and can easily be damaged in a crash, and could even do damage to your engine case. Swapping it out for one with a folding tip is highly recommended. Forged from 6061 aluminum, this shift lever has a folding tip that can help prevent damage to the shift lever itself and the engine case. It comes in a nice looking black w/ red color combination, which looks great on the bike.
