I've had the Pro Moto Billet cargo rack installed on my WR250R for a few months now and so far I really like it. The rack itself sits about a 1/2" above the fender on top of 4 aluminum spacers that go through the rear fender and bolt to the rear subframe of the bike. Each rack is CNC machined from a 1/2 inch thick plate of 6061 billet aluminum, then “hard black” anodized for durability, ease of maintenance, and protection from the elements. Stainless steel fasteners provide carefree maintenance.
The rack gives you several ways to securely attach a tailbag or toolbag. I've attached a Wolfman Peak Tail bag to the rack, and fitment is just about perfect with the 4 straps of the bag wrapping around the edge of the rack. The Peak Tailbag can hold quite a few things, including a small tool kit, spare tube, and various other items. I can also fit my wallet, camera, and cell phone in there when I'm not using my tankbag. I've also used a Wolfman Mini Beta duffel with it and can easily attach that bag to the front part of the rack.
Overall I really like the Pro Moto Billet "Rack It" cargo rack. Not only is it very functional, but it looks great too. Storage space on a stock WR250R is pretty limited, so I highly recommend this rack if you want to carry anything with you. It's not the cheapest cargo rack on the market, but fit and finish is excellent, and it's made here in the USA. You won't be dissappointed.
